Terms Of Use
Gift Certificates are neither refundable nor transferable and are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Certificates may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
If lost or stolen, the Certificate is not replaceable.
Damaged Certificates can only be redeemed if the serial number is clearly visible.
This Certificate cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.

Where to redeem your certificate
All Refinery Gift Vouchers may be redeemed at any of the three Refinery locations, irrespective of where they have been purchased.

How to redeem your certificate
We recommend you book 2 weeks in advance when booking a peak time appointment.
Please state your intention to redeem this Certificate when bookingan appointment.
Certificates must be handed into to reception when checking in.
Once booked, we require 24 hours notice prior to any change or cancellation.
