How to make the perfect old fashioned
After a long week, kick back and relax with a glass of our favourite cocktail.
50ml of whisky
1 teaspoon of demerara sugar
2-3 dashes of angostura bitters
1 twist of orange peel
1. Place the sugar and bitters into a chilled glass and stir until mixed.
2. Add a portion of the whisky and ice and stir. Add the whisky gradually and keep stirring so that the alcohol lowers in temperature. Stop stirring when the mix is diluted to according to your taste.
3. Garnish with the orange peel twist.
